Construction unit: Zhangbei Huaqiang Zhaoyang Energy Co., LTD Project address: Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou city Building height: 148.5 m Steel usage: 1300 tons Project Overview: Steel structure project of tower type solar thermal center tower of Zhangjiakou No. 1 15-mw solar thermal power Station, with a diameter of 23 meters and a total height of 148 meters. The center consists of 6 box columns 400mm*400mm, and the outer ring consists of 8 pipe columns 1000mm*1000mm. The pipe string is tilted 18.5 degrees inward in a conical shape, and a sightseeing elevator is installed on the central tower. Eventually, the central tower will become a steel structure for sightseeing and electricity generation. The main vertical load-bearing and side-resisting structures of steel structure outer ring columns include column, inclined beam and inclined bracing. There are a total of 8 columns in the outer ring column. The diagonal bracing is oblique to the steel pipe. 450mm×14mm steel pipe is adopted. The diagonal bracing is connected with the steel tube column in the form of hinge connection, 8 for each layer; All the joints in the field are fully welded and the weld grade is level 1. The H beam and the pipe string are drawn by diagonal braces. Ensure the installation of equipment modules. The steel selected in this project is based on the use function of the center tower. All steel columns, beams and column supports shall be Q345C low alloy structural steel; A low hydrogen electrode is used for welding. The outer part of the member is sprayed with arc zinc with a thickness of 80 m.

Five units/set of 330MW self-provided cogeneration units. Our company has successively undertaken the processing and production of steel structure of 1#, 3# and 4# units, with a total production capacity of about 11,000 tons. The construction of this project is characterized by tight construction period and relatively large production difficulty (the height of the column is nearly 50 meters, and the steel plate used for column combination is 35~50mm, which belongs to thick plate welding). Splice welds are all penetration welds.

Each unit is equipped with a direct air cooling system. The two air cooling systems are adjacent to each other and connected by footpaths. The paving plate (footpath, fan cover plate) and air duct pendant are installed on the air cooling Island platform. The unit of this project USES 1500 tons of steel, and the surface coating adopts the cold spray zinc process, and the anti-corrosion life is 30 years. Project Overview 2: The project structure is a composite truss structure composed of steel columns, steel beams, steel supports and steel trusses. This project is an air-cooled island project of 2*350MW self-provided power plant invested by Baotou Xinhengfeng Energy Co., Ltd. in Guyang sea level. Our company undertook 1# unit air-cooled island steel structure processing and production, production capacity of about 1700 tons. This project is the first air-cooled island manufacturing task contracted by our company. All nodes are connected with high-strength bolts. Cold spray zinc treatment is required for anti-corrosion surface. Its characteristic is the time limit requirement is very tight, and the processing quality, the processing precision request is high.
